Showing Multiline text in Report Word Layout

Howdy everyone, I have created a Word Layout for my report but its not showing Multiline text (paragraphed), its just displaying as one continuous line of text. Am i missing out something? How do I rectify this?

Yes it is from NAV

how do you know that in Nav is multiline? Multiline is a view format, data is plain other thing that it has marks that means format in the middle

You can do it by grouping rows. For this you need to select all the rows and add DataItem.







For example, you can look at the standard report Mini Statement(ID 1316).

Thank you for your response, I know my data is multiline because that is how I inputed it. if I print the report to pdf it prints well with paragraphs

however on word layout it comes out as 1 big continuous line like this

Hi MesutG, thank you for your response, after my respone to KTA8 would you still recommend your solution? I think my image attachments explain my problem better
