ControlAddIn - very slow interface reaction

Hello,
I have written new controls addin using C # windows.forms for NAV2017.
Everything is ok when working locally. However, after uploading to one of the clients, the interface answers after 30 seconds.
All calculations on data and records are instantly but the interface itself loads very long. The same if I tests directly on the client's machine server.
Does anyone know where to look for the reason?
