2003 Terminal Service Vs Citrix

I would like to know, what is the pros and cons for 2003 windows Termial service VS Citrix.

Which one is more stable? Which one is less expensive? Which one support more users?

I am looking for a remote access solution for 20 users.

Our customers are happy with both, but there are some problems for example with TS on Wi-Fi LAN with bridge - in this situation after using Citrix there are no problems now... But Citrix have problems too... sometime after working with local files, the printing from Navision are not printed, but saved to local disc into file etc...
