User cannot login via webclient - Sorry,that didnt work

Hi All,
I have weird error.
one of my user (even using SUPER permission also got the same error)
but it connect via RTC, he can connect.
FYI, other user are ok both RTC and web client
no issue.
any idea what is the cause?

I just delete the user
and then re-add back.
