Hi,
I hope you can help me with a problem.
We have a VM on our Azure server runnig NAV 2017 and everything works so far and I can connect to the server, rdp the VM and also connect to the web client.
I can ping the server (from my local machine), telnet all the ports and we created special firewall rules.
But when I try to connect to the server on the VM via my NAV installation on my pc there is no server found.

I tried it with ip:port/serverinstance.
What do I have to change?

Thanks in advance,
Jan

Is there your outside port redirected to application one. I recommend to turn off firewall until you can reach it

    Hi, thanks for your answer!
Sorry I forgot to mention that we also tried to turn off both firewalls (server and client) and nothing changed.

It could be some type of credentials problem; I can't see how to solve that. Do you have a AD on azure? Is it in the same domain? You can also take a look in the event viewer on server to get more info

Are you using Windows authentication type OR NavUserPassword?
