Access NAV 2018 on Azure SQL From Multiple Azure Domains via 0ffice 365 Authentication

Dear All,
I have deployed a NAV 2018 database on Azure SQL and configured users as office 365 authentication. Now I need to ensure another office 365 users from a different domain to log in the same database. First of all is it possible to do so? And if yes what is the best practice for this kind of implementation?
