Import to Purchase Journal using Config. Package

I do an import to the Purchase Journal using Config.Package. I need to import the global and shortcut dimensions. I did everything necessary to import the dimensions and it works fine as long as the Balancing Account Type is GL Account or blank. As soon as I import a line with the Balancing Account Type equal to Bank, Vendor or Customer, the Global Dimensions does not show up on the journal line. The dimension set entry is entered correctly and when I click on the Dimensions Action button they show up on the line after I close the Dimension Set Entry Window.
Does anyone have an idea why? Your input is much appreciated.
