Hello,
Does anyone actively use the recommended OCR service (KOFAX ReadSoft Online) by Microsoft? I've made a trial account and tried the service, sometimes it works but also sometimes it returns an error as OCR Status: Error but can't find the reason of the error, as another solution; Do you think will it be logical to create a new service in NAV 2018 using Azure OCR API with iTextSharp as in this link: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/how-to-leverage-ocr-to-full-text-search-your-images-within-azure-search/
