JOB type: capital job means and how is can be use in Navsion 2016 job module

Hi All

my question is regarding JOB module in nav-2016
in Job Card there is option Job Type : Blank or Capital WIP.
Pls tell me use is use of Capital WIP and can be this capital WIP for below senario
suppose manufacturing company constructing new Building or Warehouse and they want to manage all project through Job Module thus can we use this module or capital WIP type for This

or another option is there in Job Module pls help Me on this senario.
