Virtual table : 2000000082 Report Layout - empty

Hi

I have a NAV 2018 where Virtual table : 2000000082 Report Layout - is empty.
Can anyone give me at hint to populate/compute the default data. Like in a clean 2018 installation.

It is an upgrade from 2017.

System table has certain Protocols unlike of that Usual NAV Tables.

This is System Table not Virtual.
