List of events in Dynamics NAV Business Central?

Is there any way to view a list of events available to subscribe to in NAV Business Central? I know I can refer to NAV 2018 for the majority of them, but I would imagine there are some additional events added since then.

Hi, you can search for BC images, they are available from MSFT, run on docker and you have full acess to CSIDE and can export to txt and parse files.

Have you searched Mibuso before posting the question? An almost identical question has been posted not so long ago.

I did, and the only relevant post I found was from January. It was referring to NAV 2018 and the resolution (export all objects as txt and parse) won't work for Business Central since we don't have access to the source code. I suppose I'm also assuming that there have been application changes from NAV 2018 to Business Central. Am I mistaken on any of this?
