How to add Scrap % Item Card on MPS Needed Qty calculation

On Item Card, we have the Scrap % field.
This field is not considered on MPS calculation (already confirmed with MSFT and suggest to include on standard on future versions).
Meanwhile, we need to add this to one customer. We analyze the codeunit 99000854 but it is very difficult to find the right place to insert this calculation.
Pratical Scenario: Sales Order of 200 units with Stock 0 and Reodering Policy = Lot-for-Lot on Item Card.
Scrap % = 20% on Item Card.
The Requisition Wkst should suggest to create a new Production Order of 240 Units (200 + 20% Scrap).
Anyone could help or give some tips?
Thanks,
