Profile Discription NAV2018

Hello, Good Day.

I'm using DynamicsNAV2018 and im having this weird problem. I copied profile (Accountant) in Profiles Module and I name it Accountant-2. Now, I assigned it to my user in user personalization module but every time I logged-in, the Accountant description is the one who's showing and not the Accountant-2 Description, does anyone knows how to fix this or any updates from Microsoft? Thanks in advance

Your user to whom you are assigning the new profile Accountant-2 is already having the profile as Accountant in user personalization? If yes then assign Accountant-2 and restart the RTC services once.

@vivek4121 @vivek412th1 not exactly, lets say my user is Accountant in my 1st logged-in and then I change it to Accountant-2 after that, I restarted my RTC and as logged-in, im still Accountant and not Accountant-2

@vivek4121 hmm. disregard my 1st comment. Yes, I assigned my profile as Accountant-2 but it keeps me showing Accountant
