Changing Role Center causes createing new user personalisation

I made some changes in e.g. Sales Order Overview which is stored in User Personalisation (Table User Metadata). After changing the Role Center and restarting NAV 2017, sometimes the personalisation is not visible anymore but can be still found in the user metatada table. Changing the Sales Oder Overview again causes an other Personalisation Entry stored in the User Metadata table for this page id.
This doesn't make sense to me. Any idea?
