Item Shpt. Entry No. is 0

Hello there,
This is my first try with Mibuso....

While trying un undo function on a delivered shipment, i got the following message: Item Shpt. Entry No. is 0 on line 10000.

With cronus DB no problem. I am working on Navision V4.0

Any guess?

    It seems, that there are some customization which corrupt the standard functionality...

    is the item serialized item? it looks like you can undo shipment for none seriliazed items. Item Shipt. entry no. suppose to point to item ledger entry no.

    Hello Gentlemen,

    The answer is quite funny.
    It's a setup problem. You have to check the box "Shipment on invoice" in the Sales & Marketing - Setup - Sales and receivables setup.

    The consequence if you don't doit is that the field "Item Shpt. Entry No." in the table "Sales shiptment lines" will be zero! This is causing the error message.
