Bank Statement Import Unable Match by Document No.

Hi,
Have anyone try to match bank statement with bank reconciliation with transaction date, document no. and amount?
I able to match by transaction date and amount, but it's seem document no. is not working.
Appreciate can share your experience on this mater.
