NAV 2016: Sales statistics does not show anything but totals.

One of my customers have a problem with the sales statistic report, which occasionally does not show customer statistics but only the totals. Does anyone have an idea?

May be you dont know and its affecting that part?
Can you please try the same in different company may be in Cronus and see if its behaving the same, If yes then try commenting your code and then check.
