General Journal - Preview Posting

Hi
We have a problem with a general Journal and the preview posting report.
When we run the report on one computer, the preview posting report works fine. However, when we run it on another computer it doesn’t work. It will try to generate the report, but it doesn’t show any lines. When we try to run another report on another journal it works fine.
Do you have any suggestion on what to do?
