Recurring Journal with number sign

Hi,
Do anyone encounter such problem. in the description of recurring journal, enter number sign(#) with number example; #02-01, after post it change to 27 -01

I tested in general journal, is work fine, but not on recurring journal.

Full description;
"Maintenance fee for the mth #02-01A/B/C" after post it become
"Maintenance fee for the mth 27 -01A/B/C"
