We've installed NAV 2017 as three tier on three computer.
SSL is configured fine on web Server and now trying to configure specific NAV server for the Web Server with credential type UserName.
Problem is when changing credential type UserName, NAV server instance could not start and showing below message.
Error
ServerInstance 'MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer$WebInstance' failed to reach status 'Running' on this server due to the following error: 'Cannot start the service.'. Additional information may be in the event log of the server.
OK
If credential type is Windows, the instance is working fine, please help me if you have any idea as a workaround.
thank you for your time.

1. You should probaly use NAVUserPassword credential type
2. You should fill Certificate Thumbprint into service settings0
