I have a windows user added in NAV 4.03, and I want to add multiple roles to that user. Is there a way to add multiple roles to this user at one time, or do I need to add one role at a time?
TIA,
Scott

You can copy a few or all roles from another user.
Open Windows Logins or Database Users, click Roles, make sure that User ID and Role Names is not shown (hide columns) - only the Role ID, and Company Name should be displayed. Select some user who has plenty of roles or has roles similar to what you need to assign to new user, select lines with required roles, copy them to Clipboard. Open Roles for new user, and paste data back from clipboard
Just a note - you can only copy Windows Login roles to another Windows Login, od Database User role to another Database User, but not between Windows Login and Database UsersSlawek Guzek
