I don't know why sometimes when i open output journal in NAV 2016 "some routing line does not exist...." error message popes up and my users are unable to enter their output data in to the output journal. Until now to solve this issue i apply a temporary solution like either to create a new output journal batch or i've to go to item table (83) through dev environment and run item journal line table and delete the line or entry with the routing no. shown in the error message. But lately it is happening frequently and the temporary solutions i mentioned above are not going to help me out anymore and
the issue is now creating a big set back in our day to day activities. What could be the cause and what should i do the solve the issue permanently. For more detail on the error message, below i've attached the screen shot of the error message.
