A call to System.Diagnostics.Process.Start failed with this message: The system cannot find the file

All versions of Dynamics NAV checked so far. Users in multiple locations and installations just started getting this message while attempting to use "Custom Report Layouts" after clicking the "Edit Layout" button.

Hi Deckhoff,
That is due the ReportBuilder3 for NAV2016 has been crashed with NAV2018.

To resolve this, you have to re-run the ReportBuilder3. You can find it at NAV Build folder (where you downloaded from Microsoft website) > Prerequisite Components > Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Express > ReportBuilder3.msi. and follow the steps as below:

1. Double click the ReportBuilder3.
2. Choose Next to continue,
3. Choose Repair and click Next to continue,
4. Click Install
5. Click Finished (after reparing done)
6. Log in NAV2016 try run the Edit Report Layout. And your problem should fixed now.

This doesn't seem to be a problem in 2017 and 2018.
