Job Queue Entry Filter not working

Our NAS Service is set to run Codeunit 450 Job Queue - NAS Start Up. When I start the debugger the following error occurs

The same filter works on my PC but the datetime format differs from the screenshot. Could this be the issue and where do I set the datetime format for NAS Services? Default Time Zone and Language are set as following:

    I've the same format 14/05/18 13:23 and my services language is en-US but my OS it isn't in english.
    So my best guess it this: is your pc and the server have the same OS language or the region format is the same?
