Universal App - Server connection timeout occured - on Android

Hi there,

After some updates on Android tablets, my clients have problem with connection on the server using Universal Application. On some of the tablets after froce stop and disabling on Android System WebView, clients can to sign in on the application. But some of them still have problem.
The certificate is installed succesfully but when I try to open NAV via browser, I'm getting the error message on the browser link that web site is not seccured. Like the certificate is not recognized or blocked by third part application.
If we factory reset the tablet, and install everything from scratch, it's ok, but after the updates the problem still persist.

Every opinion is apriciated.
