Running a page from object designer results in different view than when run from the menu -why?
It is a custom Journal page that is exactly like the output journal with all the same properties. Running it from the menu brings up a strange view where the batch does not allow lookup and the header information is od

When you run it from Object Designer, Just the code set of the page gets executed and when you run it from a Menu may be there would be different piece of code getting executed before the final execution of the Page and that's why you have a different view.
