Log segment: custom layout

Hi,
I just tried to create and log a segment with a interaction template using a custom (word) layout template. Unfortunately the E-Mail sent out does not contain the content from the custom layout but only a few random numbers.
If I do the same for just one contact via "log interaction" it works fine.
I'm using NAV 2017,
Anyone an idea what is going wrong?
