Modify Dimension Set ID for item ledger entries

Hello,
i have a request from customer having NAV 16 to modify wrong dimension values on posted item ledger entry:
i did a configuration package to modify dimension set id but it didnt work.
any idea ??

Answers
For example: Item Ledger Entry can be joined to G/L Entry, Value Entry and summaries by dimensions.
Reverse document and create correct one instead.
