Hello,

I would like to know, without the License for Report&DataPort Designer (7110), can I still able to import and run some modificated reports?

The customer would not create/modify reports themselves. They don't want to buy that license. Can I modify reports with my development license, and import the modfied reports to them to use?

Of course, you as developer, can change apropriate objects and import them into customer database. If they have the object ID in license, they can run the object...

Every licence allows to import fob files.
To run the object, you must have execute permission for the object id.
