Actually Print Preview is the real Preview, So in RDLC report if you do Report Preview then always do Print Preview because that's the real view. Report Preview sometimes display very horrific output but that's always because of the cache memories I belief that been stored by the Report Designer.
If you want to rectify this as well then what you need to do is save this report with different Id and make a new Report and copy paste it here from the previous one. If I have to do I follow this but even if Report Preview is not correct that doesn't matters because when Print is taken it comes Perfect. So Print Preview you should always focus on.
