Errors Occuring during the setting up Commerce Portal

Please Replly the following Questions as soon as possible
1. Error importing object data for CommercePortal from file C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.EIS-PORTAL\Local Settings\Temp\CommercePortal 80004005:Method '~' of object '~' failed
2. Error invoking Import API on Commerce.CatalogPUP for Product Catalog 80040E14:Source:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL ServerDescription:The Full-Text Service (Microsoft Search) is not available. The system administrator must start this service.
3. Error importing application for CommercePortal 80010105:Method '~' of object '~' failed
4. Error opening 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\CommercePortal\\Account.asp' for output
5. An error occurred when attempting to create the URL for the following IIS application: CommercePortal 4C:Path not found
6. Error opening 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\CommercePortalBizdesk\\500error.asp' for output
