Error 33 in module 35 from version 3.70B and forth

We have made several .NET components in C# which we use as automation servers. They all work fine except one. It works fine in 3.60, 3.70 and 3.70A. However; we keep getting error 33 in module 35 when we CREATE it in 3.70B, 3.70B-update1, 4.00 and 4.00-update1.
There error is called: Err_OCX_IDispatch (Module_OCX, 33)
Has anyone seen the same or have an idea on what to change in our component?
