ExternalSQL Table Integration with NAV Normal Table

Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to integrate data from external SQL database into NAV database.
I created an ExternalSQL type table and I can now access the data from NAV.
Now, I need to Integrate these data into a NAV normal Table, just like the integration with CRM.
Do I need to configure the Integration Sync. just like it is done with the Out of the Box Codeunit 5335 CRM Integration Table Sync. ?
is there any Integration Table Sync. code ready to be used for ExternalSQL type tables ?
