missing table 2000000135 Table Synch. Setup

I am working on a data upgrade (2013R2->2017) and get an error because this table is not in the db. I have checked all databases, including 2017 test db, and that table is not in any of them. Can anyone tell me where I can get a fob file of this table? Thanks.

Its a virtual table, so its NOT in the dB.

You have proberbly missed a step, or not running dev client as admin.

Thanks for the reply. The automatic conversion from 2013R2 to 2017 proceeded without this table.
