Regarding RTC in nav 2009

Hi guys,
I got a new issue now whenever I run the page the RTC is not opening, I check the nav services all are in good state.When I try to open the rtc separately it's opening normally.But it's not opening from the classic client.
Please advice on this.
What is the cause of this problem?

Check your registry for the key "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DYNAMICSNAV". It is a handler for the dynamicsnav:// protocol. Installing the client on the middle tier will resolve this. Or export the key from a working client and import it on the machine where it didn't work.
