Rounding And Decimal Places Problem

I have set the Amoun Rounding Precision in General Ledger Setup to 0.001 because I always get 20250(Amount) * 3.8005(Currency Rate) = 76960.12(Amount(LCY) Should be 76960.13) which is default setting for Navision. Now I face another problem which my journal transactions will always prompt the balance is out of balance by -0.001. However, I can’t change the Amount Decimal Places to 2:3 or 3:3 cause I need to maintain the decimal places as 2 in Chart of Account. Are there any ideas to solve this problem?
