Excel Addin Editing: failed to retrieve the server config

Hi,
I have configured Dynamics NAV2017 for Excel-Addin Editing. When I now got to e.g. customer list and click
on "Edit in Excel" then excel is opening and showing the headlines of the the table, but after a while of "Retrieving server configuration"
I only get the error message "failed to retrieve the server config" Details: "failed to load"
Any I idea to solve it?
