Problem filling inventory order with `Calculate Lines´

Hi fellwos,
we are using inside Navision 4.0 (warehouse module) the "Direct Put away" function to drive a chaotic stock system. So far, so good...
Today we tested to create an inventory order and fill it by the function "Calculate Lines". But no way, as we get all time the same error message:"Direkt put-away and Pick must be No in Location Code=Main" ("Main" = Location Code).
Unfortunatly the function "Direct put away" doesn´t allow to set a Bin Code or Pick and we cannot disable it anymore.
Does anybody have an idea how to ge my Inventory order filled automatically?
