Hello,
Can I create un report rdlc (dynamics nav 2016) with this structure ? (see attached file)
For information the number of columns is dynamic and changes from one record to another
there is a similar report as standard

You can try use collumn visibilty if create before maximum possible columns. But it is emulation
And you can try use Matrix in your RDLC
