Apart from the C/SIDE access to the container which this enables, all objects will be exported to this folder:
C:\ProgramData\NavContainerHelper\Extensions\Original-10.0.14199.0-nl
The switch -updatehosts may be omitted depending on your system, on mine I always have to use it, this adds the ip and the name of the container to the hosts file in C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc

Note
Cumulative Update 1 for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 is no longer available. To fix the issues in the article, install the latest cumulative update for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017.

How about a docker pull?
https://hub.docker.com/r/microsoft/dynamics-nav/
That still works for me, currently at least.
CU01 and CU02 were both withdrawn due to a critical issue with CRM integration, 2.1 is the first update version that is still available for NAV 2017. More about this here:

To spin up a new container with access to C/SIDE type in this (use your own licence file path at the end of course).
