NAV 2013 server can not install

Hi all,

on a server i have installed NAV 2016 and its working fine with service account as network service. i am also trying to install nav 2013 on same server with different port no. after setup completed system prompt below error. i checked everything but can't find where the permission needs to define.

Service 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server [DynamicsNAV70]' (MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer$DynamicsNAV70) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

check if the service account has the following permissions on the database:
db_datawriter
db_datareader
db_ddladmin

Thanks NavNab for reply. i checked these permission are there. issue is after installation there is no service created and from the admistration tools it is not allowing to create new one.
