Adding extra modules to a Quality Management Software

I know this is not the place to ask this question. But most of the people here are eligible and experienced enough to answer my question. And also I can't find a place to ask this.
The question is related to the working of our company. We currently use this Quality management software. In the beginning, we only needed the core modules of the software. Now we need to add a couple of extra modules. But we don't know anything about the procedure to do this. That where I need help. Will the addition of extra modules mean that we will have to halt using the software for some time?
