Restore NAV 2018 default extensions

Hello,
I absentmindedly did something wrong: i uninstalled & unpublished the two default extensions that usually get installed by default.
Is there any information on how to get them back without reinstalling everything?

The extensions are available on the installation dvd, in the 'extensions' folder.Jan Veenendaal5
