I personally purchased several courseware books then was sent to a class and they gave me one at the class (Dev II) or I inadvertantly ordered 2 (Installation). Either way the results are that I have an extra copy of Navision 4.0 Dev II courseware including CD, still in the shrinkwrap and an extra copy of the Nav. 4.0 "Installation and Configuration" courseware still in shrinkwrap. The books cost $250 (US)for Dev II and $125 (US)for "Installation & Configuration" I will sell for $200(US) (Dev) and $100 (US)(Installation).
