Nope. Never heard of any problems with NAV caused by upgrading the SQL server from 32 to 64 bit version.
If you are over cautious and have enough time available you can make NAV native backup
(fbk), connect to new server, create new database on it and restore NAV backup there.
I can confirm it. No problem whatsoever.
It might be a little faster because SQL Server can use more memory for caching, locks, execution plans,.... But somehow, I don't think that is a problem.
