Navision Server Installation

I insatlled Navision 4.0 Server and Client for one of our client. I modified the "host" file in the Server as well as in the client. When i make Open Database -> and try to look up for the Server name.It shows [Client only]. When i Key in the name of the Server and try to connect, It's connecting properly. I am not able to see the Server name in the Lookup. What could be the reason??
