Error when starting Fin2.0 under XP service pack 2

When clicking on fin.exe I get a message something to the effect that fin.exe properties are unknown. I found that I can right click fin.exe and select the run as option and uncheck the box "Protect my computer and data from authorized activity" and Navision starts correctly. Does anyone know anything about this?
