Word Report How can I add comments?

Hi,
In a Word Report (ex. Order Confirmation), I'm trying to add the comments for each item (from the sales comment line table)
How can I do it?

Add comment line to data item, indented under sales line. Then it shows up in xml dataset in word.

The comment should appear on a new line after the line with Item No., Quantity,...
Line 1 - Item No, Description, Quantity
Line 2 comment line for item (line 1)
Line 3 - Item No, Description x, Quantity
...
How can I achieve that?
