Kill Idle Session automatically does not work

in NAV Three Tier
Hi All,
I have set to auto kill idle session in nav administration server
But it seems even though more than 10 minutes, idle user's session wont be killed
is there something I miss?

    I Have setup like this.. still the same
    more than 5 mins still not killed

    I just tested last month, should work.
    Instance restarted, right?

    restarted. I used 2013 always like this and it's working
    but now I used 2017 not working.
    and this my customer is using VM.
    will that be any different?

    Hi

    I don't think VM will be different, could you try create a new NAV user to confirm?

    I just tried.. when i idle in customer list (or other page) , it will be killed
    but if I idle in role center, then it will not be killed

    Rolecenter...
    Maybe "RefreshOnActivate" property on rolecenter activity page did the trick.
    But I am not sure.
