If your database is in full recovery mode, make a tail transaction log backup, then restore the database to a new one, to the point in time where the the Purchase Line Archive is still there, copy the data between the databases.
If your database is in simple recovery mode, you still need to restore the backup and copy the data, but you would only be able to restore the Purchase Line Archive to the point where latest backuip has been taken - rest of it after that point is lost.
